LASH FILL APPOINTMENTS
Anything less than 50% lashes remaining or over 4 weeks since your previous appointment will be considered a full set.


FOREIGN FILLS
Clients with lashes done by another artist will not be eligible for a fill appointment. Foreign lashes will be removed and a fresh full set will be applied.


DEPOSITS/CANCELLATIONS 
A non-refundable deposit is required for all new clients to secure booking. This deposit will come off the total due on the day of the appointment. If you need to cancel/reschedule, please provide at least 24 hour notice and your deposit can be transferred to a new appointment. Anything less than 24 hour notice and your deposit will be forfeited.

Cancellations (without deposit) within 24 hours of the appointment are considered last minute cancellations and will be subject to a $50 cancellation fee.


NO SHOWS 
Clients who no show will be unable to book any future appointments. 


REFUNDS
Olivia Charlotte studio does not offer refunds. All sales are final. 


PAYMENT METHODS
All forms of payment are accepted and tax (HST) is charged on all products and services.
